HSCQI (Health and Social Care Quality Improvement) is a ‘movement’ in health and social care services in Northern Ireland working together to focus on improving the quality of the services we provide/use, and sharing good practice so that we can all learn from each other and spread improvements.
Anyone (service providers, service users, members of the public) interested in improving our health and social care services can become part of the HSCQI movement.
This website is a direct development of the work of HSCQI, which includes five Communities of Practice (CoPs) reflecting common areas of interest across the HSC. The work of the CoPs are aligned to the overall vision of improving quality in HSC as set out in the Quality 2020 Strategy.
What is Quality Improvement?
Quality Improvement helps us all to focus on improving the quality of the health and social care services we provide/use and share good practice so that we can all learn from each other and spread improvements.
