Improving Admin Process and Services within the Community Contracts Team

Aim:Time taken on the administrative process of scanning Contract Compliance forms has been
reduced and staff are now making more use of the computer PDF facility.
In addition, reliability and quality of information has improved as a result of increased data
accuracy on our C&V database, contributing to our Department’s ability to deliver an effective
service.
