Aim:This project has provided the following benefits to both the service users and the Organisation:
Less time spent on recording information, a higher quality of entries due to better knowledge of the objectives and needs of service users as the document is much more person-centred.
Information is better organised and staff can easily identify patterns in behaviours, progress on objectives, health care needs and areas for further development. There is also less duplication of work which enables staff to spend more time working with service users.
