Aim:-To review the demand for work carried out by the AHP CBU for each AHP service.
-To review, agree and adapt the current processes for the core tasks carried out by staff in the AHP CBU.
-To reduce the delay of registration of patients onto the Clinical Manager.
-To review the referral process from referrer to the AHP CBU.
-To improve communication between the AHP CBU and other AHP departments.
-Improve the quality of service provided to patients and service users.
